Our installer was here on time, was very pleasant, worked quickly, and explained everything well and was patient with all my questions. We enjoyed our time with him and would recommend him to everyone.

My installer Robert Fuentes was super Awesome , on time , introduced his self , and since I had trees over my house interfering with the signal he already knew what to do and explained the situation and he came up with a solution ASAP , so he wound up installing towards the end of the driveway where he can get a clear shot towards the satélite for the best signal and it worked out great. Very professional and friendly , I just wish I had more cash on me to tip him better. Fast and very reliable. Thank you

The installer for HughesNet who came to our home was very professional and courteous. It just happened to rain that day and was still willing to install the dish in a timely manner. I would also like to mention the woman who I spoke to on the phone who setup my plan. I had a nightmare of a day due to another wifi company coming and bailing on the install and she was able to get me an appt for Sat afternoon and this was on a Fri evening. Thank you to the both of you for going above and beyond. So far so good with the service. If offered in your area give them a try.

Respectful and knowledgeable, my agent explained the system very well. He reviewed use of the satellite connection and suggested the best place to install it. He even did a follow-up to clear up a small glitch and reassured that I may contact him at anytime in the future when needed. Thank you.
